The NeedYOU project is dedicated to actively engaging young people in decision-making spaces, aligning with the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2027 and the Youth Goal #9: Space and Participation for All. With a focus on youth aged sixteen to thirty who are passionate about effecting change, the project aims to facilitate their involvement in policy-making processes at both national and European levels.

By establishing a platform for growth and capacity development, NeedYOU connects European youth with EU policy instruments, mobilizing stakeholders to take action at various levels of governance.

Through this initiative, young people are provided with opportunities to engage meaningfully in civic society, promoting inclusive participation across diverse backgrounds, particularly those facing fewer opportunities. NeedYOU strives to become a model of youth democratic participation within the EU, fostering a culture of dialogue, cooperation, and empowerment among young Europeans.

The project activities of NeedYOU encompass a series of Youth Participation Events and a Youth Participation Mobility, designed to empower young people and enhance their influence in decision-making processes. These events include debates, workshops, and round table discussions held in various European locations, fostering dialogue, collaboration, and critical thinking among participants.
