VIBES, led by PYLON ONE in Greece, is a 15-month initiative focused on empowering youth workers and young people through training, mobility, and digital transformation. With EU Youth Goals as its foundation, the project aims to combat youth unemployment by equipping young professionals with essential skills, digital literacy, and cultural awareness to meet the evolving demands of the job market. Through a structured staff mobility program, the project will conduct training sessions, workshops, and cross-border exchanges, emphasizing non-formal education, green practices, virtual learning, and democratic participation.

Key objectives include enhancing youth employment opportunities (Youth Goal #7), promoting mental well-being and quality learning (Youth Goals #5 & #8), fostering digital citizenship and e-Democracy (Youth Goal #4), and ensuring inclusive access to youth organizations (Youth Goals #2 & #9). In four years, three professional development activities per year will be implemented, engaging a total of 90 participants annually, with a strong commitment to sustainability and inclusion. The project adheres to EU values of equality, democracy, and human rights, ensuring that young people, regardless of background, have access to opportunities for growth and active civic engagement.
