EqualPath is a solidarity project driven by a group of young people with the support and coordination of PYLON ONE, a distinguished non-governmental organization based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The primary objective of EqualPath is to address the severe issue of exclusion of people with physical disabilities from the labor market. In a world where every individual should be given a fair chance to pursue their dreams and contribute to society, people with disabilities continue to face significant obstacles, including prejudice, physical inaccessibility, and systemic discrimination.

Our initiative was created to challenge these barriers and to promote a labor market that is fair, accessible, and inclusive. Our work focuses on raising awareness among employers and the wider society, equipping people with disabilities with practical skills to enhance their employability, and advocating for systemic changes that ensure the sustainable inclusion of people with disabilities in the workforce.

Through a series of structured activities, EqualPath aims to create a dialogue between individuals with disabilities, employers, policy makers, and society at large, fostering a deeper understanding of the issues faced by people with disabilities and the solutions that can be implemented. Our initiative is guided by the vision of a world where every individual, regardless of their physical condition, is recognized for their abilities and contributions.
