The YouLead project has three main goals: to improve entrepreneurial skills through innovative digital tools, to seamlessly integrate these tools into youth worker training, and to promote active citizenship and entrepreneurship among young people. Through these goals, we aim to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the entrepreneurial landscape, while fostering a sense of initiative and collaboration in their communities.

Youlead involves a range of activities. These activities include the development and deployment of the Digital Serious Game, Digital Audiobook, and Digital Animation Palette to provide simulated entrepreneurial experiences and training for youth workers and young potential entrepreneurs. The project will also feature short-term training labs where youth workers & young participants can gain these entrepreneurial skills needed.

YouLead aims to deliver tangible results, including the development and implementation of a Digital Serious Game, digital tools, and specialized training modules. These resources will improve young people’s entrepreneurial skills and enable youth workers to deliver effective entrepreneurship lessons. Through game-based learning, YouLead will close the entrepreneurial skills gap and empower participants for success in the business world.
