WHISPER (Wellbeing & Inclusion through Sustainable Development and Outreach Mentoring for Youth Workers in Disability Sectors) is a KA153 Erasmus+ mobility project aimed at enhancing the competencies of youth workers, particularly those working in disability sectors. The project fosters inclusion, sustainability, and innovation in youth work by equipping participants with tools and strategies for mentoring, outreach, and eco-conscious practices. Through a blend of workshops, field visits, interactive activities, and cultural exchange, the project empowers 42 youth workers from seven countries to promote well-being, environmental stewardship, and inclusive development in their local communities. WHISPER is coordinated by PYLON ONE (Greece) and implemented with partners from Turkey, Italy, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, and Poland.
